DELIVERY POLICY Following are the terms and conditions that constitute delivery policy of HAMUBERE Ltd. DELIVERY TIMES All orders are processed within 5 hours for same day deliveries however express deliveries are made within 1 hour in Kigali and 24 hours outside Kigali. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and deliveries we may delay slightly. Please allow us to 24 hours on promotional sale or promotional deliveries. If there will be a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via telephone and explain the cause of unexpected delay. REFUND POLICY Our refund policy last 3 days, if 3 days have elapsed we will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the same original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUND IS GRANTED: REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an SMS to notify that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours, if you are approved then your refund will be fully processed. However additional charges may occur. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact us by calling us directly on our contacts displayed on the website. APPLICABLE LAWS These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Rwandan laws. Any dispute arising from us from these terms shall be determined at first instance by mutual negation and settlement within 7 days of the notification of a dispute by either party.
